In Kinshasa, Art Takes Shape in a World in Flux

The group exhibition Territories of the Living – Fragments of a World in Flux, curated by Édith Congane at the Centre Wallonie-Bruxelles in Kinshasa, explores ecological and environmental challenges through what emerges as a laboratory of visual resistance. Bringing together 60 works, the exhibition choreographs the practices of seven Congolese artists: Simplus Ntoto, Aïcha Muteba, Papy Tamba, Baba Tshikama, Savio Banza, Jérémie Kuminua and Patrick Kusakana. The exhibition runs until 13 September.
